Our roses are cut back for the Winter to promote root growth, therefore they will arrive with short but healthy stems between October and March. Roses in April and May would be expected to have new growth and leaves. Between May and September you will see buds and blooms. *Please note: These are estimates and can vary due to weather conditions and exact variety of rose.

We nestle your rose in approximately 14L of high-quality fresh compost and premium slow-release fertiliser, providing all the nutrients that make our roses so stunning. Finished with a bark topping to aid water retention and suppress weeds, it also gives a gift-ready finish. At approx 14L, this large basket can therefore provide all your rose needs for up to 2 years with no replanting necessary, making it the perfect hassle-free anniversary rose!
We take care to be as sustainable as possible here at English Roses, and so avoid single use plastics. Our packaging is therefore fully recyclable, even down to the strapping on our cardboard boxes. Our gift wrapping also contains natural materials, many of which can be repurposed and reused.
We deliver nationally using our delivery partner DPD, with full tracking available.
