Chose this rose to give comfort to my sister in law who has sadly lost her husband. 😔 She was thrilled when we presented it to her yesterday. It will give her many years of pleasure. Thankyou.
Good quality rose. The attention to detail with the packaging, gift card, care leaflet and cotton gift bag is second to none. Every care had been taken to make sure the rose arrived in pristine condition. The staff are very polite and friendly and were very helpful with my query. No hesitation in recommending English Roses if you need a special gift.
This was my second purchase of a rose from English Roses, both purchases were gifts.
The rose was delivered on time to the recipient. The recipient may have a little while to appreciate the rose in bloom but she was very impressed with the care taken to package. the rose and for the information regarding the planting and care of the rose.
It is also encouraging to find that having had a query prior to ordering I was able to speak to someone via the telephone.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.
5 star experience from English Roses - particularly from Karen in Customer Services.
I had ordered a memorial rose for a family member, and paid for express delivery.
DPD had unexplained issues on the expected delivery date, so it was postponed. The next day I stayed in purposefully for it, constantly checking updates. It was not delivered to my door, but instead thrown (sideways) somewhere at the bottom of our drive.
Sadly someone must have taken it, so I never received the item, but Karen immediately ordered a replacement rose for me, and went above and beyond in making sure it was delivered safely to a Pickup Point.
The new rose was absolutely beautiful - packaged wonderfully, in a lovely condition, and perfect for its purpose.
Thanks again to Karen for her empathetic words, and efficient customer service.
Will certainly use again (and will avoid DPD, who did nothing to try and help me locate the original item).
Beautiful, strong, healthy rose delivered yesterday. No buds or flowers but hopefully there will be some soon as looking forward to seeing some glorious purple blooms. Thank you so much.
Arrived very quickly and packaged very adequately. Rose was in good condition with no damage. Just transplanted it and looking forward to it flowering.
So pleased with this rose plant! It arrived in great condition, was really well packaged, and came with clear, helpful instructions. The plant is excellent quality with lots of buds already formed, and it started blooming within just a few days. It’s looking beautiful and has been a lovely addition to the garden. Something we will treasure in memory of our angel baby. Highly recommend!
I ordered a ‘Rose for Misty’ in memory of our cat ‘Misty’, who we have just lost. I was concerned it would arrive battered, but it came beautifully packaged and is the most stunning rose with lots of buds. It has exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
This was a 5th Anniversary present Rose for our dearest friends. He has been diagnosed with incurable cancer and the Precious Love name was so perfect for them. 5th is also Wood so the wooden heart tag just made the whole thing. Delivered first thing in the morning so it was there when they opened the door and with a beautiful red flower 🌹 on it.
Made them both cry (happy tears though).
All perfect. Thank you.
I had trouble paying for my order on line but the lady at the end of the phone was so helpful and sorted it out. My delivery arrived when i requested it.
The packaging was amazing, so sturdy and protected the rose very well.
The rose is in beautiful condition and I will definitely be re-ordering from English Roses again.
Thank you again
