Q. Can I have my gift delivered?
English Roses deliver nationally to mainland UK using our delivery partner DPD, which includes full parcel tracking. Next day service is available, as well as a named day service up to 60 days in advance. Delivery is included with the voucher which you pay for at the checkout. Q. When do the gift vouchers expire?
Here at English Roses, we know exactly how difficult it is to choose a rose, especially when there are so many different colours and varieties to choose from which is why we give the recipient a whole year to decide what would look best in their garden.
Q. I need a gift quickly – do you sell e-vouchers?
Yes we do. If you need to send something pronto then choose an e-gift card. Great for last minute presents the e-card will be sent instantly to the recipient. You can choose an amount from £10 to £100 but it is worth checking out our prices so you are in the right ballpark. Also bear in mind delivery charges if you want to completely cover the cost.
Q. I’d like to add a little something extra with the voucher.
We have letterbox gifts that contain rose feed sachets, wooden name tags and detailed care information. It all comes in a smart box – beautifully presented – along with a voucher for a rose. It’s a neat and inexpensive upgrade on a simple gift voucher.
