I had ordered a memorial rose for a family member, and paid for express delivery.
DPD had unexplained issues on the expected delivery date, so it was postponed. The next day I stayed in purposefully for it, constantly checking updates. It was not delivered to my door, but instead thrown (sideways) somewhere at the bottom of our drive.
Sadly someone must have taken it, so I never received the item, but Karen immediately ordered a replacement rose for me, and went above and beyond in making sure it was delivered safely to a Pickup Point.
The new rose was absolutely beautiful - packaged wonderfully, in a lovely condition, and perfect for its purpose.

Ordered as a last minute Wedding Gift, was slightly concerned as most places were out of stock, also the time was shprt so needed it quickly. I needn't have had any concerns the rose bush was extremely well packed and delivered just as promised (via Dpd) The rose bush itself is extremely healthy with lots of foliage and even buds, I ordered the feed to go along with it to ensure is got off to a good start. I couldn't be more pleased with the bush and the sevice received, would have no hesitation at all in placing any future orderes. Absolutely 5* service and quality.
