We ordered the Forever in our Hearts rose to be a gift for friends who have just lost their rescue dog. We ordered it to be planted in the wicker basket along with a card.
After writing the card, online, I realised I needed to make an amendment. I therefore emailed the company who quickly responded & advised me they would make the adjustment.
The rose was delivered on the next working day & was extremely well packaged.
