What Is A Patio Rose?

A patio rose is a smaller, more compact version of a bush rose. Generally having smaller flowers and foliage than a bush rose, these dainty varieties become seemingly covered in clusters of blooms throughout a long flowing season. They come in a range of colours to suit any outdoor space, and many varieties are also especially attractive to bees and other pollinators.

Versatile and beautiful, their compact size means they are at home in any outdoor space. Perfect for brightening patios, decking and doorsteps in containers, they can also be planted at the front of beds and borders for a pop of colour. Patio roses make ideal gifts for friends and family, or even a treat for yourself.

Bare Root Plants

Bare root roses are delivered between Nov-March*, with pre-order available outside of this time. They are in their dormant phase so have no foliage or flowers, and have short, pruned stems. Delivered without soil, the roots are trimmed and thus ready for planting this winter.
