I ordered a diamond anniversary rose in a wicker basket to be delivered to the West Country. The parcel was delivered on time. (I was informed at every stage as to where the package was). The recipients were thrilled with the rose. They said that the rose was very well packaged and protected. As it was already potted in the basket, they literally just removed the packaging and put it in situ. This was very important as the recipients have health and mobility issues.
