Being a rose beginner, I wasn't sure whether I had to add the full amount or not, also whether it should be scattered around the root or on top after planting, so did both and also saved a little for another time. Full instructions would have helped a newbie like me!
We were going to buy the large Eco Garden Planter to use for the Birthday Boy Rose and eventually decided to buy all three planters.
They arrived at the time we were given. Very well packaged, no plastics.
The planters are of a very high quality and will be beautiful to look at once we decide where to position them in the garden. They will be admired by family and friends.
I ordered the repotting kit to complement a rose from English Roses I was gifted. Considering the size, and the extras of soil and fertiliser, I think the wicker basket is well priced. It seems well made and sturdy, and there were instructions included to help me work out what I was doing.
The wicker basket is lined with hessian and has sturdy handles for easy manoeuvrability.
The delivery arrived very quickly, despite being ordered at Christmas time, it arrived next day on Christmas Eve - which I think was good!
I think the wrapping and packaging just adds that little extra to the rose bush purchased for a special birthday. I brought all the little extras to make it a complete and perfect gift. Very happy can’t wait to see how the rose bush grows as at the moment it’s just leaves.
